Core eligibility criteria
- Must have graduated or be on track to graduate with a bachelors or masters degree in 2025 or 2026.
- Must be available to start on the 7th September 2026.
- Must have less than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience (excluding internships).

Seasonal Internships
Core eligibility criteria
- You are enrolled in your penultimate year of your Bachelor's or Master's degree; or enrolled in the last year of your Bachelor's degree and intending on enrolling in a Master's degree afterwards; or on a gap year in between your Bachelor's and Master's degree.
- You must be available to start your program in Spring, Summer or Autumn 2026 for between 3 to 6 months.
- You must have less than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience (excluding other internships).
