About the DWS P.A.C.E. Graduate Program
Our 2-year P.A.C.E. Graduate Program begins with an intensive onsite onboarding program with all global P.A.C.E. participants in Frankfurt, Germany. You will then join your assigned division and complete four six-month rotations there. Throughout the program you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance and to grow your network within DWS.

Join the Finance team at DWS and gain a unique front-row seat to how a leading global asset manager is managed, governed and grown. As part of the Chief Financial Office (CFO) Division, you'll work alongside experienced professionals who provide critical financial insights that shape strategic decisions across the business. With exposure to areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory Reporting and Investor Relations, you'll develop a broad understanding of the finance function in a global, publicly listed organisation. Working with teams across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific, you'll build valuable skills while contributing to the firm's long-term success.
