Over the course of the programme, you will be rotating through four different placements, each lasting six months. These rotations are your chance to explore different business areas, work with diverse teams, and discover where your strengths and interests truly lie. The rotations are designed for you to provide tangible business support and engage in meaningful work. You’ll be supported by rotation managers who help you set clear priorities and track your progress, and you’ll receive regular feedback to keep you growing.
One of the most exciting parts of the programme is Showcase Week. Held in Frankfurt midway through your journey, it’s a high energy, high-impact experience where you’ll work in cross functional teams to tackle real business challenges. You’ll research, ideate, design, and present your solutions to senior stakeholders, all within five days. It’s fast-paced, collaborative, and a true test of everything you’ve learned so far. And yes, there’s a gala dinner to celebrate your achievements.
Throughout the programme, you’ll also benefit from a rich learning ecosystem. From regular virtual masterclasses and technical training to coding sandboxes and professional skills workshops, the learning never stops. You’ll even earn digital credentials through ZISHI that you can showcase on platforms like LinkedIn ,recognition that travels with you.
Mentorship is another cornerstone of your experience. You’ll be paired with experienced professionals who’ll guide you through challenges, help you navigate your career, and open doors to new opportunities. And with regular networking events, all hands calls, and cross-regional projects, you’ll build a strong internal network that lasts well beyond the programme.
As you approach the end of your two years, you’ll enter the placement phase. It’s a transparent application process where your final role is determined based on your performance, overall program engagement, and business needs.
