Start Date
This internship is available for a length of between 3 and 6 months, starting on any date between 18 January and 30 April 2027. If you are not available during this period, there may be Summer or Fall Internships available, which open in September 2026.

About the DWS Internship
The DWS Internship offers a unique and exciting opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experiences through individual projects, speaker sessions and networking events. With strong support from mentors and managers, you will be challenged to grow while gaining valuable insights into the world of Asset Management. This is an excellent way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations.
Subject to performance, successful interns may be offered a place on the DWS Graduate P.A.C.E. Program the following year.
About the Team
Product Lifecycle Management acts as an integral enabler for the systematic management of the DWS product suite. Our goal is to position our product suite as a key differentiator in an increasingly competitive asset management environment.
You will work closely with experienced Product Lifecycle Managers who analyse the performance, sales success, and profitability of DWS active funds to generate actionable business intelligence. You will contribute to the development of analytical tools, support automation initiatives, and help transform complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.
