About the DWS Internship
The DWS Internship offers a unique and exciting opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experiences through individual projects, speaker sessions and networking events. With strong support from mentors and managers, you will be challenged to grow while gaining valuable insights into the world of Asset Management. This is an excellent way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations.
Subject to performance, successful interns may be offered a place on the DWS Graduate P.A.C.E. Program the following year.

The DWS Switzerland Marketing team partners closely with the Coverage team to strengthen client relationships and support business growth across institutional and wholesale client segments. By staying close to clients and understanding their evolving needs, the team develops impactful events, thought leadership initiatives, digital campaigns, and tailored communications that deepen engagement, enhance brand visibility, and reinforce DWS’ position as a trusted investment partner in Switzerland.
