Start Date
Internships in Germany are between 3 months and 6 months long. You must be available for this entire duration.
The internship runs from mid-February to mid-July 2027, with some flexibility on start and end dates. Please note that the internship must continue until at least 11 June 2027, as it includes supporting DWS’s Annual General Meeting on 3 June 2027.

About the DWS Internship
The DWS Internship offers a unique and exciting opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experiences through individual projects, speaker sessions and networking events. With strong support from mentors and managers, you will be challenged to grow while gaining valuable insights into the world of Asset Management. This is an excellent way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations.
Subject to performance, successful interns may be offered a place on the DWS Graduate P.A.C.E. Program the following year.
About the Team
Join our team at the center of DWS, supporting senior leadership and key decision-making processes. The Corporate Office team manages board and committee activities, helps shape governance standards, and works on strategic projects such as legal entity management and regulatory engagement. We offer broad exposure to the inner workings of a global financial institution, coupled with meaningful responsibility and direct insight into senior governance and decision-making processes.
