About the DWS P.A.C.E. Graduate Program
Our 2-year P.A.C.E. Graduate Program begins with an intensive onsite onboarding program with all global P.A.C.E. participants in Frankfurt, Germany. After completion, you will then join your assigned division and complete four six-month rotations there. Throughout the program you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance and to grow your network within DWS.

About the Client Coverage Alternative Team
The Analyst will join the Institutional Coverage team and help support business development, client engagement, and growth initiatives across the firm’s real estate and alternative investment platform. Working closely with experienced relationship managers, investment professionals, marketing partners, and client service teams, you’ll gain exposure to institutional investors, consultants, and alternative investment strategies.

The role offers hands-on experience creating client presentations, analyzing market trends, supporting sale initiatives, coordinating responses to client requests, and contributing to projects that help grow and retain client relationships. The institutional coverage team will provide a strong foundation for building a career in asset management, institutional sales, investor relations, or investment management.

As our DWS Coverage Alts Graduate on our team, you will:

  • Support the Institutional Coverage team in executing client engagement, business development, and relationship management initiatives.
  • Assist with preparing client, prospect, and consultant meetings by gathering information, coordinating materials, and helping ensure presentations are accurate and up to date.
  • Create and update client presentations, product materials, reports, and other marketing content with guidance from senior team members.
  • Help respond to client and consultant requests by collecting information related to fund performance, investment strategies, portfolio positioning, and market trends.
  • Support the completion of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), while developing an understanding of the institutional sales process.
  • Maintain accurate information within CRM systems and databases, track business development activities, and assist in generating reports and insights.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across investment, marketing, client service, legal, compliance, product management, and operations teams on cross-functional projects.
  • Contribute ideas for improving team processes, increasing efficiency, and enhancing the client experience.
  • Support client events, industry conferences, and other initiatives that strengthen the firm's relationships and market presence.
  • Build knowledge of the firm's investment strategies and products to effectively support client and business development efforts.
  • Take advantage of ongoing learning opportunities, mentorship, and professional development resources to build expertise in institutional investing and alternative asset management.

The Team is looking for:

  • Strong Interest in financial markets, investing, and the asset management industry
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Expose to finance, economics, business, real estate, investments, or related fields through coursework, internships, or extracurricular activities
  • Interest in alternative Investments, including private real estate, infrastructure, private credit, or related asset classes
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, or willingness to obtain them after joining the firm

Salary
The salary range for this position is $100,000. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.

Eligibility

  • Must have graduated or be on track to graduate from a bachelor's or master's degrees in 2026 or 2027.
  • Must have less than 12 months of full-time relevant work experience (excluding internships).
  • Must be available to work full-time (including a minimum of 3 days per week in the office) starting September 2027
  • Presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from DWS, now or in the future, to retain their authorization to work in the United States.
