Salary range:  40,000 EUR with a RTC (Reference Total Compensation) of 44,500 EUR

About the DWS P.A.C.E. Graduate Program
Our 2-year P.A.C.E. Graduate Program begins with an intensive onsite onboarding program with all global P.A.C.E. participants in Frankfurt, Germany. You will then join your assigned division and complete four six-month rotations there. Throughout the program you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance and to grow your network within DWS.  

As a P.A.C.E. participant you will:

  • Work with diverse teams across departments and countries to support and enable the success of DWS
  • Share your ideas, think creatively and help shape the world of asset management
  • Take ownership, make decisions and grow through hands-on learning
  • Become an integral part of the global P.A.C.E. community and DWS network

About the Team

DWS is one of the leading asset managers in Italy. The Italian Coverage Team is responsible for managing relationships with a broad range of clients, including financial advisory networks, private banks, asset managers, family offices, insurance companies, and institutional investors.

The team represents DWS’s full investment platform, offering clients access to active funds, ETFs, discretionary mandates, and alternative investments. This role provides exposure to a diverse client base, a wide range of investment solutions, and a dynamic, international business environment.

As our DWS Graduate in our team, you will:

  • Support Sales teams in their client-facing activities
  • Analyse client and market data to identify opportunities and support sales initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, materials, and documentation for client meetings.
  • Coordinate interactions with existing and prospective clients to ensure smooth engagement.
  • Support client account activities, using strong understanding of internal processes and roles.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and applicable legal/regulatory frameworks.

The Team is looking for:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
  • Strong sales aptitude and client-centric mindset
  • Highly motivated with a passion for business development and relationship management
  • Commercially minded, with strong networking and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated interest in sales, client engagement, and financial markets
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Asset Management products and Italian distribution channels is an advantage
  • Strong team player
