The DWS Internship offers a unique and exciting opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experiences through individual projects, speaker sessions and networking events. With strong support from mentors and managers, you will be challenged to grow while gaining valuable insights into the world of Asset Management. About the Product Team:
As part of the global DWS Product Division, our Product Specialist teams represent the center of competence for delivering the right products and solutions to our clients. This requires us to be experts in our respective asset classes and client segments, to adequately represent our portfolio teams in front of clients.
In this function, we act as an intersection between our sales teams and the portfolio managers. In addition, we aspire to be innovators across the value chain which entails the launch of new products & solutions, pricing optimizations and being on the road to discuss with clients and distribution partners their individual investment needs.
Additionally, our Product Trends team focuses on a streamlined approach to identifying market opportunities for global DWS products, leading to a defined product strategy and ambitions. Therefore, Product Trends centers on trends and signals identification, capability assessment, and prioritization.
