Start Date
Internships in Germany are between 3 months and 6 months long. You must be available for the entire internship duration.
You can apply for one of two seasonal intakes: Summer or Autumn. Each intake offers a flexible start date within the timeframes listed below and the internship end date can be outside the timeframe.
Summer Intake Start Dates: May 1 – July 31, 2026
Autumn Intake Start Dates: August 1 – December 31, 2026

The Real Estate division at DWS offers access to a global platform that invests in all real estate equity and debt segments. The range of services includes portfolio management of mutual funds, special funds, and closed-end funds, supported by Transactions, Asset Management, and various organizational units at over 15 locations on four continents. You will get to know the entire life cycle of a real estate investment - from purchase, through management, to sale - and discover that teamwork plays a very important role for us.
