About the DWS P.A.C.E. Graduate Program 

Our 2-year P.A.C.E. Graduate Program begins with an intensive onsite onboarding program with all global P.A.C.E. participants in Frankfurt, Germany. You will then join your assigned division and complete four six-month rotations there. Throughout the program you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance and to grow your network within DWS.

  • Collaborate with a wide range of colleagues across different departments
  • Challenge the norm and contribute your own ideas and improvement suggestions

About the Team

The Investment Division bundles all DWS Portfolio Management, Trading and research activities. Leveraging the outstanding knowledge of our experts, we have outperformed the competition many times, creating value for our clients. You'll immerse yourself in a dynamic environment, rapidly understanding the complexities of capital markets and global economic dynamics. This includes a comprehensive exploration of investment management always having the core objective of Asset Management in mind: strategically investing client capital to generate income, while balancing risk and opportunity in their investment portfolios.  

With our key hubs strategically positioned across EMEA, the US, and APAC, we comprehensively cover all major asset classes including Active (e.g., Equity, Fixed Income & Cash, Multi Asset), Passive (Xtracker-business) as well as Alternatives Investment Strategies (e.g., Real Estate, Liquid Real Estate, Infrastructure).

As our DWS Graduate in our team, you will:

  • Support portfolio managers and analysts in day-to-day investment processes, including market research, financial modelling, and performance analysis
  • Help prepare materials for internal discussions and client presentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

The Team is looking for:

  • Intermediate (B1/B2) German Level and advanced English skills

Eligibility

  • Must have intermediate (B1/B2) level German and advanced English language skills
  • Must have graduated or be on track to graduate from a bachelor's or master's degrees in 2025 or 2026.
  • Must have less than 12 months of full-time relevant work experience (excluding internships).
