About the DWS P.A.C.E. Graduate Program 

Our 2 year P.A.C.E. Graduate Program begins with an intensive onsite onboarding program with all global P.A.C.E. participants in Frankfurt, Germany. You will then join your assigned division and complete four six-month rotations there. Throughout the program you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance and to grow your network within DWS.

  • Gain a deep insight into how the Corporate Functions support and enable the success of the firm
  • Be part of the Global P.A.C.E. community
  • Collaborate with a wide range of colleagues across different departments

About the Team

DWS Client & Investment Monitoring is a global control function, which supports other divisions such as the Investment Division, the Client Coverage Division and the Product Division.  

Our COO for Chief Administrative Office (CAO) oversees the divisional governance and resource management processes to enable an effective operation of the CAO Division as well as the implementation of our strategic priorities.

As our DWS Graduate in our team, you will:

  • Ensure portfolios of various legal entities are managed in compliance with laws and regulations, client requirements and guidelines, including fund disclosure documents (Investment Guideline Management)
  • Avoid doing business with clients and counterparties beyond our risk appetite (Client Due Diligence)
  • Adhere to new and amended regulations by integrating those into DWS’ processes and systems (Regulatory Change Management)
  • Provide insights on operational effectiveness and performance metrics by using BI tools and Management Information reporting (Divisional Data & Process Strategy)

The Team is looking for:

  • Intermediate (B1/B2) German and advanced English language skills
  • Proactive, Agile, Curious and Entrepreneurial Graduates
  • Innovators, creative thinkers, and collaborators 
  • Driven and committed graduates 
  •  A team player with a curious mind 
  • Experience with MS Access, Excel and Word
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Keen interest in financial products and markets within an asset management environment; prior experience is not required

Eligibility

  • Must have intermediate (B1/B2) level German and advanced English language skills
  • Must have graduated or be on track to graduate from a bachelor's or master's degrees in 2025 or 2026.
  • Must have less than 12 months of full-time relevant work experience (excluding internships).
