About the DWS P.A.C.E. program

Our 2 year DWS Graduate P.A.C.E. program consists of a technical training period and is followed by rotations within your assigned division, where you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance.

As part of the P.A.C.E. program you will:

  • Analyse market trends, competitors, stocks and much more
  • Be part of the Global P.A.C.E. community.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of colleagues across different departments.  
  • Challenge the norm and contribute your own ideas and improvement suggestions.
  • Solve challenges together with your team.  
  • Be empowered with accountability for your actions.

About the Client Coverage division

The primary aim of the Client Coverage Division is to provide sustainable financial futures for all of our clients and to serve our institutional investors and distributors worldwide. Innovation is crucial, so we combine creativity and intelligence with technology to develop new ways of meeting the financial needs of our clients.

‍We’re looking for:

  • Proactive, Agile, Curious and Entrepreneurial Graduates
  • Innovators, creative thinkers, and collaborators
  • Driven and committed graduates
  • A team player with a curious mind
  • Someone with a keen interest in financial services; and  
  • Must have graduated or be on track to graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in 2025 or 2026.
  • Must be available to start on the 7th September 2026.
  • Must have less than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience (excluding internships)
  • Excellent communication skills in both English & Chinese written and verbal
