The DWS P.A.C.E. programについて
The DWS P.A.C.E. programはDWSがグローバルで展開する人材育成のためのプログラムです。日本では約２年半のプログラムとなります。資産運用会社で必要とされる知識を学ぶ研修を経て、様々な部署でのローテーションを実施し、専門家による実践的な指導のもとで研修で学んだ内容を応用する機会が得られます。その後、実績や勤務態度等が優れていると評価された方は、正社員として登用されます。

About the Japan Client Coverage Division
The Client Coverage Division in Japan offer total solutions to fulfil our clients’ needs. About the DWS P.A.C.E. program
Our approx. 2.5 years P.A.C.E. program consists of a technical training period and is followed by rotations within your assigned division, where you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance. The candidate may have an opportunity to switch to the permanent hire.
