DWS Internship Program

Based in one of the world’s global financial centres, you will gain valuable insight into a variety of teams with experienced professionals. Along the way, you will gain vital experience at the heart of a progressive business whilst being exposed to a range of areas. Whilst you can expect a high learning curve from our DWS Internship programs, you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled exposure to the world of Asset Management. Our internship programs are an ideal way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations.
There are two types of Internships at DWS, dependent on location:
- 10-week DWS Summer Analyst Intern program
- Seasonal Intern program lasting 3-6 months, with intakes in the Spring, Summer and Autumn
Subject to performance, successful interns may be offered a place on the DWS Graduate P.A.C.E. Program the following year.
In order to be considered for a place on an Intern program, you must be enrolled and on track to graduate from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in 2027 and possess less than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience (excluding other internships). Dependent on the location and role you are applying for, there will be additional eligibility criteria. Please see the details of the individual roles.
