There are two types of Internships at DWS, dependent on location:
Successful Interns on either program will be invited to join the DWS Graduate P.A.C.E. Program the following year.
In order to be considered for a place on an Intern program, you must be enrolled and on track to graduate from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in 2026 and possess less than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience (excluding other internships). Dependent on the location and role you are applying for, there will be additional eligibility criteria. Please see the details of the individual roles.
